Welcome to The Nisqually Tribes Sex Offender Registration and Notification Website.

On this site you can search for information about sex offenders that are registered with the Nisqually Police Department as required by Title 10A.

Pursuant to the Adam Walsh Child Protection Act, any convicted sex offender who lives, works, or attends school within the exterior boundaries of the Nisqually Tribes Reservation, must register as a Sex Offender with the Nisqually Police Department, in addition to any other state, territory, or tribal jurisdiction.

Conditions of Use:

This website is provided as a public service by the Nisqually Tribal Community. By using this website, the user (1) consents to and agrees to abide by and be subject to any and all policies/disclaimers/terms and conditions for access applicable to the Nisqually Sex Offender website that is being accessed. (2) Waives any and all rights that the user may or might have against the Nisqually Tribal Community and employees arising out of and/or reliance on this website.
